Shipping

Shipping is free worldwide on every order, with no minimum spend, and every order is tracked.

How long delivery takes

United States: 3 to 5 business days on free standard delivery, or 1 to 2 business days if you choose Express at checkout.

Rest of the world: 7 to 14 business days from dispatch.

Lebanon: Beirut is delivered within 24 hours. Everywhere else in Lebanon takes 1 to 3 days.

Customs checks in your own country can add time, and that part is outside our control. Where an item is sent directly by our supplier rather than from our own stock, it can take longer, and we will tell you at the time. If we can see that an order is going to run late, we will email you rather than leave you waiting.

Tracking

We email you a tracking link as soon as your parcel is dispatched, and that link is the accurate answer on where your order is at any moment.

Tracking can take a few days to show its first scan, and it is common for it to go quiet while a parcel is in transit between countries. Neither means the parcel is lost.

If something looks wrong

If your tracking has not updated for more than seven days, or anything looks wrong, email info@freezenslush.com with your order number and we will chase it for you. We reply within 24 hours.

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will resend it or refund you in full. You do not need to argue the point with us.

Delivery addresses

Please check your address at checkout before paying. Once a parcel has been dispatched we cannot change its address. Where a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available to receive it, we will contact you to arrange a resend.
