Pop the empty cup in the freezer for four to six hours. Overnight is easiest.

How long does the cup need to freeze?
Four to six hours in the freezer does it. Most people leave the empty cup in there permanently, so there is always one ready to go.
Which drinks actually work in it?
Anything cold. Juice, lemonade, soda, iced tea, iced coffee, squash. The only rule is nothing hot or boiling.
How long am I squeezing for?
About 60 seconds of steady squeezing. You will feel the drink thicken through the walls of the cup, then it is ready to drink.
Can it go in the dishwasher?
No. Hand wash only, in lukewarm water with a little mild soap. Heat damages the freezing gel sealed inside the walls.
How big is the cup?
300 ml, roughly 10 fl oz, and 475 g. Small enough for a child to hold in both hands.
Is it safe to hand to a kid?
Yes. It is moulded from BPA-free, food-grade material, and there is no blade, no motor and nothing to plug in.
Which colors can I pick?
