Using it

How long does the cup need to freeze?

Four to six hours does it. Most people just leave the empty cup in the freezer permanently, so there is always one ready to go.

Which drinks actually work?

Anything cold — juice, lemonade, soda, iced tea, iced coffee, squash. The only rule is nothing hot.

How long am I squeezing for?

About 60 seconds of steady squeezing. You will feel the drink thicken through the walls of the cup.

Is it safe to hand to a child?

Yes. It is moulded from BPA-free, food-grade material, and there is no blade, no motor and nothing to plug in.

How big is it?

300 ml, roughly 10 fl oz, and 475 g. Small enough for a child to hold in both hands.

Which colours can I pick?

Blue, Green, Yellow and Pink.

Can it go in the dishwasher?

No — hand wash only, in lukewarm water with a little mild soap. Heat damages the freezing gel sealed inside the walls.

Where do you ship, and how fast?

Everywhere, and shipping is free. Orders leave the warehouse in 1 to 2 business days and usually land within 7 to 12.

What if mine turns up damaged?

Message us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you. Returns cover damaged or defective items.

Do I save anything buying more than one?

Yes. Two cups take 10% off, three take 15%, and four or more take 20%.
