1. Who we are
This website is operated by FreezenSlush Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 16293321. Our registered office is 24-26 Arcadia Avenue, Fin009, London, N3 2JU, United Kingdom. FreezenSlush is our trading name, and on this page we, us and our mean FreezenSlush Ltd.

2. These terms
By browsing this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
We may update these terms from time to time, for example if the law changes or we change how we work. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. Changes do not affect an order you have already placed.
3. Placing an order
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send you a confirmation email. If we cannot accept it, for example because an item is out of stock or we cannot deliver to your address, we will tell you and refund anything you have paid.
We may refuse or cancel an order where there has been an obvious pricing or description error, where we suspect fraud, or where an order looks like it was placed for resale.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the product page and can change at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Prices are shown in the currency of your selected market.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, and in some countries cash on delivery. Card and PayPal payments are handled by our payment providers, and we never see or store your full card details.
5. Delivery
Shipping is free worldwide on every order, with no minimum spend, and every order is tracked. How long delivery takes depends on where you are, because customs and local postal services vary by country. Your tracking link carries the current estimate once the parcel is moving. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered.
6. Changing your mind, and returns
If you are buying as a consumer you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel for any reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. We go further and offer 30 days.

7. If something is faulty
If an item arrives damaged, stops working, or is not as described, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply and nothing in these terms affects them. Tell us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. After that, and for up to six years, you are still entitled to a repair, a replacement or a partial refund where the fault was present when we sent it. You will never be asked to pay return postage on a faulty item.
8. Using this site
You may not use the site for anything unlawful, to send viruses or harmful code, to scrape or copy the site, or to interfere with how it works. You may not copy, resell or exploit any part of the site without our written permission. If you break these terms we may withdraw your access.
9. Reviews and anything you post
If you post a review or send us comments, ideas or photographs, you agree we may use them without payment or obligation. Please make sure anything you post is your own, is accurate, and is not offensive or unlawful. We may remove content at our discretion.
10. Accuracy
We take care over product descriptions, images and specifications, but screens display colour differently and we cannot guarantee that every detail is free of error. Where we find a mistake we will correct it.
11. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, or for business losses such as lost profit, since we supply our products for private use.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.
12. Links to other sites
Some pages link to sites we do not run. We are not responsible for their content, their products or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
13. Your privacy
How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy policy.
14. General
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term straight away, that does not mean we have given up the right to do so later.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in.
