Cocktail Smoker Kit with Torch

Smoke an Old Fashioned, a Manhattan or a glass of whiskey at home in under a minute. Set the smoker on the glass, add a pinch of wood chips, light them with the torch and let the smoke settle for 10 to 30 seconds. It works on drinks without alcohol too: cold brew, iced tea, lemonade, cider.

How to use it

1. Make the drink in the glass you will serve it in.
2. Set the smoker top on the glass and put a small pinch of chips on the mesh.
3. Light the chips with the torch until they smolder, then close the barrel cap to trap the smoke.
4. Wait 10 to 30 seconds, lift the smoker off and serve right away.

Safety

• The smoker top gets hot. Let it cool before touching or cleaning it.

Does the torch come with butane?

No. Butane is restricted in shipping, so the torch arrives empty. Buy a can of butane locally and fill the torch before the first use.

Which glasses does it fit?

The smoker lid is 4.2 inches (10.7 cm) across, so it covers rocks, wine, cocktail and beer glasses with a rim up to that size.

How long should I smoke a drink?

10 to 30 seconds. A longer smoke gives a stronger, drier flavor.

Does it work on drinks without alcohol?

Yes. It works on cold brew, iced tea, lemonade, cider and mocktails.

Which wood chips are included?

Six tins: apple, cherry, oak, peach, pear and walnut. Apple, cherry, peach and pear give a lighter, sweeter smoke. Oak and walnut are stronger and suit whiskey.
